- Hall Closet Uniforms values our customers and respects your privacy. We collect information about you on our site and in our store in order to provide you with a more convenient and enjoyable shopping experience; however, we do not give out any information to third parties. We may contact you from time to time with new information about our store or website.
- Returns & Replacements
- Should you find the need to return items, Hall Closet Uniforms is happy to provide you with a refund or exchange provided the request is received within 60 days of receiving the merchandise. Please allow 10 business days for your order to be received and processed. HCU will only accept merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags intact. Your order will arrive with a return form that has detailed instructions on how to return items. We do not charge shipping on exchange items.

3. Mail: Print out and fill in the order form located here and send it, along with a check payable to Hall Closet (or credit card info) to: 419 N 11th St Boise, ID 83702.
4. E-mail: Send to nelsonschoolsupply@gmail.com:your name, shipping address, and phone number, along with the items desired. Then call us by phone with credit card information during our business hours.
5. Toll Free Phone: 1-877-275-7903: Call us during our business hours and one of our customer service reps can help you place your order by phone. Or if you call after hours, leave your name and number and we will contact you when we open. - Payment Options
- We accept check, credit card or cash (in-store) payments. If you chose to pay with cash or check we must receive the money before we can ship your items. We will hold your order for 7 days after it is placed for the check or cash to arrive.
- Viewing Orders
- You can view your orders at any time by logging into your account with the username and password you created. We will also email you a pdf copy of your order when we receive it. We will email you when your order ships as well.
- Updating Account Information
- You can update your account information at any time by logging in with the username and password you created. If you forget your password, you will be prompted to enter your email address and a new password will be sent to your inbox. Once you login you can change your password and all other account information from our website.

Many customers have informed us that the uniforms they bought from us have lasted through several children.
Here are some garment care tips to keep your Hall Closet clothing lasting longer and looking its best!
General Washing Tips- Turn garments inside out; this helps them keep their color longer. Wash darks in cold water only.
- Let detergent dissolve completely in water before adding the clothing.
- High heat causes shrinkage. For best results tumble dry all clothing on low. Do not over-dry clothing!
- Never use chlorine bleach. Check the tags on our garments to see which items can be washed with non-chlorine bleach.
- Pre-treat stained garments with a stain remover as soon as the stain is found.
Specific Clothing Instructions- Easy Care Dress Shirts: Wrinkle-resistant shirt, machine wash warm, non-chlorine bleach, tumble dry low. Wash and wear!
- Boys’ and Girls’ Oxfords/Girls’ Blouses and Camp Shirts: Machine wash. No bleach. Tumble dry low. Cool iron.
- Polos: Wrinkle Free! Turn inside out and machine wash gentle cycle separately in cold water, use non-chlorine bleach if needed. Tumble dry low heat. Remove promptly.
- Ties: Hand wash in a neutral detergent for wool.
- Fleece Wear: Turn garment inside out. Wash in cold water with like colors. No chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low heat or lay flat to dry.
- Jumpers/Skorts/Skirts/Culottes: Machine wash warm with like colors. Do not bleach. To keep the pleats in most effectively, hang dry and smooth out the pleats. You can also tumble dry low. Remove promptly. Cool iron.
- Boys and Girls Pants: Wrinkle Free! Machine wash gentle cycle with like colors in warm water. No bleach. Tumble dry low heat. Remove promptly.
- Sweaters: Turn garment inside out. Machine wash gentle cycle. Tumble dry low heat. Remove promptly.

PLEASE NOTE: The measurements listed on our size chart reflect the size of the garment, not the size of the person being measured. Someone whose waist measurement is 34 should not select the skirt with a 34 waist, they should go one size up. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-877-275-7903.
How to Measure:- NECK~ For dress shirts, measure around the base of the neck, keep one finger between the neck and tape measure.
- SLEEVE~ Place hand on hip (with arm bent at 90 degrees). Measure from the middle of the back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down the arm to the wrist.
- CHEST~ Raise arms slightly and measure across the shoulder blades and the fullest part of the chest.
- WAIST~ Measure around the waistline (place tape measure where pants are usually worn). Again, keep a finger between tape and body to ensure an accurate and comfortable fit. (BELTS~ Add two inches to the waist measurement.)
- HIPS~ Stand with heels together and measure around the fullest part of the hips.
- INSEAM~ Measure from the crotch seam (where the pant legs join) to just below the ankle (or desired length).
