If you are in a particular school store on the website and click to go to a different page and are instead re-directed to a different store, then you are experiencing the cache problem. Below you will find a few steps you can take to correct the problem.

Cache Management Solution for Internet Explorer
1. Go to TOOLS at the top of your browser's screen.
2. The first option should be "Delete Browsing History", click on it.
3. A box should come up with several options to check. The first option should be "Preserve Favorites website data". This option should not be checked. If it is, uncheck it.
4. The three boxes that need to be checked are: "Temporary Internet Files", "Cookies", and "History." Select those three boxes and hit delete.
5. Your cookies have now been deleted. You can now continue to navigate our site. If you are shopping in a particular school store on our site you will want to re-select it from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. Otherwise you will automatically be directed back to the home page.
Cache Management Solution for Firefox
1. Go to TOOLS at the top of your browser's screen.
2. Select "Options"
3. Select "Show Cookies"
4. Select "Remove All Cookies"; hit OK
5. Your cookies have now been deleted. You can now continue to navigate our site. If you are shopping in a particular school store on our site you will want to re-select it from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. Otherwise you will automatically be directed back to the home page.
